    Diplomas vs Degree Top-Ups

    Diplomas (L4–L7) are NCC Education qualifications. The BSc and MBA top-ups are degree qualifications awarded by universities — not by NCC Education and not by Unica College.

    WINC BSc (Hons) Business Management Top-up

    A published Business Management bachelor top-up. WINC delivers the top-up online; University of Greater Manchester awards the degree (verified 2026-09-14 via nccedu.com). Includes a 40-credit dissertation. Unica College does not award the degree.

    Cardiff Metropolitan University MBA Top-up

    A published MBA top-up taken after L7DBM. Cardiff Metropolitan University awards the MBA. About 7 months, comprising Research Methods plus an 8,000–10,000 word dissertation. 60 credits. Unica College does not award the MBA.

    Unica College, an NCC Education Accredited Partner Centre in Westmount, Quebec, delivers the teaching and assessment for the NCC Business diplomas.

    Who awards

    NCC Education (UK) develops and awards the diploma qualifications. The BSc top-up is awarded by University of Greater Manchester (delivered online by WINC); the MBA is awarded by Cardiff Metropolitan University. Unica College does not award any degree.
